Therapy Sessions

50-60 minutes | $125

You deserve a therapeutic space that feels empowering, present, and attuned; all parts of you are welcome here.

I most enjoy supporting women, elders, therapists, and QTBIPOC navigating trauma, racial and gender identity, depression, narcissistic abuse, hypervigilance, co-dependency, boundary issues, and burnout.

 Somatic Therapy

Somatic therapy focuses on how your body holds onto stress, emotions, and past experiences, helping you become more aware of physical sensations to release tension and improve your emotional health.

  • Having difficulty moving on from something that happened in the past? EMDR is a somatic-based therapy that can help us heal from those distressing memories. By using guided eye movements, we reduce the distress linked to these memories, offering us emotional ease in the present.

  • Ever notice how the parts of you that feel angry, sad, or alone seem to be running the show at times? IFS helps us integrate and embrace all parts of ourselves, creating greater self-acceptance, emotional healing, and deeper relationships. You get to be the real you.

  • For learning to regulate your nervous system during times of challenge. We’ll explore regulation techniques like mindfulness, nature connection, breathwork, somatic exercises, guided imagery, grounding, and relaxation.

  • The duration of therapy varies for each person and is influenced by several factors, including the nature of your concerns, your goals for therapy, and the progress we make together.

This is a collaborative process, and we will regularly review our work to ensure that it aligns with your needs. Some people find that they achieve their goals in a relatively short amount of time, while others benefit from a more extended therapeutic relationship.

Ultimately, the decision about the duration of therapy is yours, and we can discuss and adjust our approach as needed throughout our time together.
